Our story
Fernwood Institute Limited is based in Ngombe, Lusaka, training students in Health Care Assistance, Psychosocial Counselling, and HIV Management. What sets Fernwood apart is that training does not end at graduation — our certified graduates go on to be placed into real home care roles through our Home Care Giving Services, giving students a direct path from classroom to paid work, and giving families confidence that their caregiver was trained, not just hired.
You will know them by the maroon uniform, the ID badge, and the seal on the certificate.
